The Flora & Fauna Information Service was a telephone service that guided you in the myriad ways you could help animals. The project also included a hydroponic onion and garlic garden and Bill Burns' celebrated collection of Safety Gear for Small Animals and Boiler Suits for Primates.
Canadian artist Bill Burns' work concerning drugs, animals, plants and safety has been published and exhibited widely. His solo projects have recently been shown at the Grand Central in Santa Ana in California and the KW Institute for Contemporary Art in Berlin. His work has previously been show at MoMA in New York and the Museum of Art in Seoul. His books, multiples and photographs are included in several collections including at Tate Britain, MoMA and the Getty Center.
