About ICA Films

ICA Films is the ICA's film distribution company, theatrically releasing the best of world cinema in the UK.

ICA Films buys film product from international markets acquiring rights for theatrical, DVD and television distribution in the UK. The company was established 20 years ago and is a recognised arthouse distributor both nationally and internationally. We support documentary and fiction feature films, sometimes exclusively for first run feature presentations at the ICA Cinemas. This is both to enhance and support the profile of the ICA cinema and to promote the ICA outside with UK distribution across the national arthouse network.

We distribute titles in keeping with the contemporary edge of the ICA remit. Recent films include Favela Rising, A Man Without A Past, What time is it There, Kandahar, Turtles Can Fly, Sophie Scholl and Candy.
