Distinguished French philosopher Luce Irigaray returns to the ICA to discuss her two most recent books, Conversations and Teaching. The former gathers dialogues between Irigaray and 10 other academics about philosophy, language, spirituality, art education and even yoga. The latter, edited with Mary Green, proposes new methodologies in education, the outcome of Irigaray's own experiments with younger researchers on her work from different countries, universities and disciplines. Tonight Irigaray will be in conversation with Michael Worton, vice-provost at UCL, who participated in both books.
